parsing multi-line comments with scala parboiled

The example JavaParser uses TestNot() to parse multi-line comments.  What is the equivalent in the Scala API?

the equivalent is the unary `!` operator.
Scalas syntax allows for much cleaner and more concise grammar definitions.
